General Condition

How it was when you moved in and how has/did it fare up until present/the time you left? This relates to anything from foundations such as walls and floors to any furnishings in the property.

Cost of the property

Do you feel the rent and utility bills are a fair representation for the property?

Parking facilities

Is there parking available? Is this private or residential?

Garden facilities

Is there a garden? Is it an adequate size/shape/incline for your needs? Is it private or communal? Is it lawn, paved or a mixture of both?

Surrounding area

Please provide as much information as you feel necessary giving an idea of such things as- Is it a nice area to live? Is it quiet or loud? Is it on a busy road or tucked away? Is it a scenic or built up area?

Neighbours

Are there any? Are they predominantly of a younger/older generation or a mix? Have you had any issues or maybe some good news stories to share about them?
